Secure structural planning for our machines and components

Without a secure base on a firm foundation, even the best of machines cannot deliver precision production results. For this reason, structural planning and the statics calculations are in inherent part of our services, even if there is only an indirect reference to machinery construction at first sight. We use the latest FEM and statics software for the realisation of our execution plans and work together with civil engineers and other planners if required in order to ensure an individual implementation. For example, if you are considering the purchase of a new machine from us with a simultaneous new-build of a production hall, we should ideally be involved right from the start of the construction project in order to attain the maximum benefit from our 'know-how'.

Verifications for the structural stability are not only stipulated for complex structures in building construction or bridge building at national or international level, but are also required for the installation of new machines. This is to ensure the protection of the operating personal and of course also to ensure the fault-free functionality of the system to be installed. Because single-source delivery is an important cornerstone of our company philosophy, we are also active on your behalf in this segment.
