SLITEQ GmbH - History, skills and cooperation
Martin Pfeiffer [Dipl. Ing.] had already been actively involved in film cutting and winding technology for around 25 years as a designer and design manager with several companies before he founded SLITEQ GmbH in 2010. After a brief phase as "lone wolf" the first employees were appointed in the very same year. In 2013 the growing success of our company led to the acquisition of our own office space in Waldbröl. Meanwhile, the staff has risen to nine permanent employees and two external employees. SLITEQ has continuously expanded its skills to includes the areas of customer machine construction and automation as well as special cranes and moveable steel structures, arising from cooperation with the former Busenbecker engineering office.
Cooperation creates synergies
From the very beginning, cooperation was an important constituent part of the company philosophy of SLITEQ, in the areas of manufacturing and assembly as well as electrical planning, programming and switch cabinet construction. Depending on the type of project requirements and the subject matter, we have worked at international level with renowned suppliers. At a regional level, we have worked in close cooperation with the companies SpeMTec and Haendel Automatisierungstechnik in particular. After having successfully completed various projects together, we decided to present our collective core skills to the outside world under a single name TECQ+ and to pass the benefits of these synergies on to our customers. In addition, when required we also cooperate with partners who have proven themselves to be capable and reliable, for manufacturing and assembly.
Cleverly designed - our core skills
Regardless of the type of project that you task us with - we place the highest importance on thorough planning and clever designs in all areas. This applies not only to the film cutting and winding equipment, but also to the construction of cranes, the corresponding structural planning, hydraulics, pneumatics and the construction of special machines. We rely on modern 3D design software and high-performance hardware for this. We also take care of the conversion and retrofitting of existing systems, create safety analyses and risk assessments and carry out FEM calculations (ANSYS).
